HYPNOBIRTHING CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION CLASSES

7:00pm-9:30pm
- Would you like to learn how to have a shorter, more comfortable labour?
- Would you like to learn to eliminate the Fear-Tension-Pain Syndrome before, during, and after birthing?
- Would you like to create a more integral role for your birthing partner?
- Would you like to promote special bonding of mother, baby and birthing companion?
Fee: $350(taxes included) includes Hypnobirthing book, practice CD and healthy snacks at each class.
DOULA SPEED DATING
This event will help facilitate connections between expecting parents and doulas. At Doula Speed DatingTM parents participate in several mini-interviews where they are able to narrow down their search in a time-efficient environment.
Parents will also learn the fundamental benefit of chiropractic care to help support a happy and healthy pregnancy.
When: Thursday August 19th 2010 at 7:30pm
Where: Hands on Health Chiropractic 4939 Dundas St West
Cost: FREE Pre-registration is required.
Parents who use doulas:
* Feel more satisfied with their birth experience
* Have support before, during, and after birth
* Are more likely to have an easier time breastfeeding
Doulas attending Doula Speed Dating have met the following criteria:
- Have completed training with a recognized doula training facility (i.e. DONA, CAPPA, Childbirth International, Hypnobirthing, Birthing From Within) and provided proof of training with their application
- Are actively practicing doulas (new or experienced)
- Have available spots for doula clients in the 6 months following the event
