Red Light Therapy
We are excited to announce that we are now offering Red Light Therapy.
After much research and consideration, we purchased an excellent machine and have installed it on one of the offices downstairs.
Red Light Therapy, also referred to as Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) or Photobiomodulation (PBM), can be a very effective tool in your health hack basket. The underlying science behind how it works has to do with its effect on ATP production in the mitochondria (your body’s energy power house cell).
Red light and Near Infra-Red Light produce a biochemical reaction within the mitochondria that ultimately helps it use oxygen more efficiently to produce adenosine triphosphate (ATP). ATP is the vehicle that transports energy throughout the body.
The benefits of this therapy include the following:

Each session is booked for 20 minutes (10 for the front and 10 for the back). Sessions are relaxing and won’t induce a sweat. A series of sessions is recommended for appropriate results.
